We reserve the right to cancel such service as deemed necessary for that day and our offices will contact all clients that have made a reservation for that particular day. It would be the responsibility of the client with the reservation to supply Eagleways with both a daytime and evening phone number where they can be reached. The company is not responsible for any lost articles or personal items that are left on any bus either in route to the casino or on a return trip from the casino.
Eagleways New York is not responsible if customers miss the bus going to or coming from the casino. Please make sure you are at the proper location to catch the bus at the scheduled time. Bus operators are instructed to depart each location on time. Please Note, the bus you traveled to the casino on may not be the same bus traveling from the casino.
